At Udayan Associates, we believe education is not limited to degrees – it’s about employability, empowerment, and independence. All programs are community-led and based on local demand, government policies, and partner NGO involvement.

Motor Driving School

Certified training for two/four-wheeler driving. Enables license eligibility, employment in transport/logistics.

Skill Development Institute

Hands-on training in trades like sewing, electrical work, mobile repair, and food processing.

Special Education Programs

Schools and skill units for specially-abled children and adults – tailored to capacity and interest.

Nursing & Health Assistant Training

Courses in nursing care, elderly care, and basic health work aimed at increasing employability in healthcare.

Livelihood-linked Education

We design practical modules in mushroom farming, biofertilizer production, soap making, etc., for direct earning.
